THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What are your products made from?
    All of our products are proudly made from 100% GFRC Concrete supplied by Domcrete. GFRC stands for Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete. The concept behind this is simple. Concrete is not very resilient and durable without some reinforcement installed within in. In construction, contractors pour concrete over metal rebar and rods to make the installation stronger. Glass Fibre is just another material used for reinforcement to ensure the concrete is strong enough to withstand weight and pressure. The combination of glass fibre and concrete works well and the reinforcing material will not degrade easily. For more information about GFRC Concrete visit the Domcrete site here.
  • How does the concrete wear? Does it stain?
    Our products are sealed with our three coast system so are quite durable, however there are some substances you cannot use on them. Please see our Care & Maintenance Page for further details.
  • What are your lead times?
    On average our lead time for all pieces is about 6-8 weeks, however this depends on many variables and is usually longer at Christmas. We will advise lead time upon ordering or you can contact us to ask about our current times.
  • How can I place an order?
    If you would like to place an order simply contact us by phone, email or social media. If you would like to place an order we will need your full name, email address, contact number and delivery address and we will email you an invoice. We require a 50% deposit to commence your order and the remainder is due on completion.
  • Why can't I purchase on the website?
    All of our pieces are custom made to order, so even if you like one of our standard pieces, we like to double check sizing, concrete colour, edge thickness and shipping details with you before proceeding with the order. It is also very hard to quote shipping on such large pieces so we need to discuss options with you. If you would like to place an order simply contact us by phone, email or social media.   • Do you offer shipping?
    Yes, we currently ship our products within South-East Queensland, NSW, Victoria, and Perth. Because of the size and weight of our pieces we prefer to send them with furniture removal specialists rather than courier as they know how to handle them. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
  • How do I add a new question & answer? (Demo)
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click ‘Manage FAQ’ button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ? (Demo)
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Get Started” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
