Collection, Shipping & Delivery
At Concrete Design House, our process is for all projects to be delivered by Concrete Design House or items to be collected by customer from our Showroom. Purchases from our online store are available for collection, shipping or delivery within 2-5 weeks from purchase, this will depend on products purchased and time of manufacturing.
Delivery by Concrete Design House is available for clients within a 3 hour driving distance or 160KM from our workshop (Unit 2 18/20 Cessna Drive, Caboolture, QLD Australia). If you are outside of this zone and interested in purchasing one of our products, please contact us directly to enquire if alternate shipping is available.
Any information regarding access that we may need to be aware of (such as rural or remote area, dirt road, lift access, steps, stairs, steep driveway, narrow entrance) should be noted at checkout. Additional charges may apply if access is difficult and we are not informed prior.
Once you complete your online order, you will be invoiced for Shipping and Delivery separately if outside of this delivery zone. Once this payment has been received, we can commence work on your project.
Our Online Shipping & Delivery Rates are based on cost per item, however when purchasing multiple items, you will only be charged for the heaviest item in your order, shipping and delivery costs DO NOT MULTIPLY.
Delivery will take place Monday-Friday during business hours. We will contact you a couple of days prior to advise a day for delivery. On the day of delivery, we will contact you one hour prior to arrival onsite.
At Concrete Design House, our process is for all projects to be delivered by Concrete Design House. Clients, if comfortable in doing so, are able to pick up their project or arrange for a third-party company to do so.
Should a client choose to collect their piece/s from our workshop or arrange for a third-party company to do so, once the piece/s leave our workshop, we are no longer responsible for them. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their piece/s arrive safely, without damage or loss, to their destination. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their piece/s are safe and have the necessary requirements during transport. Once collected and taken, this is acknowledged as the piece/s being checked and accepted by the client prior to leaving our workshop. If not transported properly, this could lead to possible cracking and damage during or post-delivery. Concrete Design House is not liable for the cost of fixing and/or re-making a piece/s not delivered by Concrete Design House.
Concrete Design House is not liable for any damage to or loss of a project once delivered to site. When a piece/s is delivered by Concrete Design House and left is a safe place (should no one be home) or handed over to the client or site contact (builder, project manager etc.), it is acknowledged as the piece/s have been checked and accepted as being delivered in the correct condition.
